The 2001 Ludington boys soccer team won the 2001 MHSAA Division 3 soccer state championship with a 24-1-2 record. The Orioles won district and regional titles as well as its conference. The team had two first-team All-State players. The Orioles were coached by Fred Horstman and assisted by Chad Horstman, Tim Bryant and Brad Reed.
